These terms govern the use of seo-on-stage.com and attendance at SEO On Stage events, organised by Black Lantern s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic ("the organiser"). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you accept these terms. Questions: seo-on-stage@black-lantern.com.
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Prices, ticket categories, and any taxes or fees are shown at checkout. Your ticket is confirmed once payment is completed. Tickets are personal; if you need to transfer a ticket to a colleague, contact us before the event and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
Refund conditions for each edition are stated at the point of purchase. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price or a transfer to another edition. If an event must be rescheduled or relocated, tickets remain valid for the new date or venue, and we will contact all ticket holders with options.
The program — including speakers, running order, and timings — is subject to change. A change of speaker or program does not entitle the holder to a refund.
We want every edition to be welcoming and professional. The organiser may refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive toward attendees, speakers, or staff, without refund. You are responsible for your personal belongings at the venue.
Events are professionally photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to appearing in event photography, video, and audio, which the organiser may use in recap films, promotional material, and the SEO On Stage Podcast & Vidcast. Sponsorship packages listed on this site are invitations to discuss, not binding offers; sponsorships are governed by a separate written agreement between the sponsor and the organiser.
The SEO On Stage name, logo, site design, and all content on this website belong to the organiser or its licensors. Talk content and slides remain the property of the respective speakers. You may not reproduce site content commercially without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser's liability in connection with an event is limited to the price paid for your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
